Bar Work

Since the O.D. condition is relatively good, we recommend a finishing chuck from when machining a blank workpiece.

Recommended Work Holding Chuck

Casting Work/Forging Work

Since casting and hot forging workpieces have rough surfaces, we recommend CB series whose jaws are equalized.

Recommended Work Holding Chuck

Cold Forging Work

For cold forging workpieces, we recommend a finishing chuck according to the accuracy of the blank workpiece.

Recommended Work Holding Chuck

Seat Metal Work

Since the workpiece is likely to be deformed when clamped, we recommend a non-draw-in collet which clamps the workpiece with the circumference.

Recommended Work Holding Chuck

Thin Work

Since the workpiece is likely to be deformed when clamped, we recommend a non-draw-in collet which clamps the workpiece with the circumference.

Recommended Work Holding Chuck

Shaft Work

Since the both centers clamp a machined workpiece with reference to the center hole, we recommend CK series with compensating function.
